REFUND POLICY
Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order was damaged in shipment, please save the box and all packing material since UPS may need to inspect the damaged package. Call us as soon as possible at 517-458-9741 so that we can assist you in filing a claim and replacing your damaged product.
For returns not covered under warranty:
- You will be responsible for return freight.
- All parts must be clean and re-sellable.
- Timers and other packaged products must be in their original boxes “like new”.
- A 10% restocking fee is applied if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to products returned from 1 to 6 months after purchase.
- A 50% restocking fee will apply to products returned from 6 months to 1 year after purchase.
- Parts are not returnable after one year.
For claims under Manufacturer’s Warranty, call us at 517-458-9741 and we will ship a replacement ASAP.
